Mr. Hui has the title of senior economist in the People's Republic of China (PRC). He is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (the NCCPPCC) and a standing committee member of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is also the deputy chairman of Fujian Province Industry and Trade Association and the chairman of Quanzhou City Trade Association.
